HR & Admin Assistant

  • Foundation level of HR degree or equivalent qualification from a recognize institute.
  • Computer literacy with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel).
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable handling confidential documents and information.
  • Should have good interpersonal skill.
  • Good communication skill in both English and Sinhala language.
  • Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.
Responsible For
  • Maintaining and accurately updating the employee monthly payroll and leave database.
  • Assist with the administration of various HR activities and process such performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Organizing and scheduling interviews and technical for candidates.
Salary : Depends on Qualifications and Experience.
Residence : Colombo and suburb (should be within easy access to company)

Trainee Inbound Tour Operators
